matches latin name in data with WoRMS taxon list

Usage

match_wormstaxa(names, ask = TRUE)

Arguments

names

Vector of scientific names.

ask

Ask user in case of multiple matches.

Value

Data frame with scientific name, scientific name ID and match type.
